What You’ll Do

You will manage the full life cycle recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, job postings, ensuring an excellent candidate experience through the recruitment cycle. You'll report to the CFO and work closely with the executive team as well as managers to develop requirements, job descriptions and candidate pipelines, screen resumes and perform screening calls to introduce candidates to the organization.


  • Create an effective methodology for interviewing and hiring across the organization
  • Assures job postings are distributed to best sites to attract candidates desired
  • Make sure pipeline of candidates is sufficient to find candidates that are a great fit
  • Screens candidate resumes based on determination of key skills and competencies as determined by the Talent Acquisition Manager and Hiring Manager
  • Performs initial screening interview to describe company mission and discuss / evaluate competencies
  • Assesses quality of pipeline in terms of candidates coming from each job site
  • Tracks key metrics from sourcing through interview and through the initial six months of joining the team


  • Ability to evaluate resumes and candidates efficiently and effectively for key skills and competencies
  • Balance hiring workload and plan for bottlenecks in the hiring process to assure we can hire the right candidates when they are needed
  • Manage external recruiters when specialized / hard to find candidates are not coming in our organic pipelines and job posting boards


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong, proven results of recruiting top talent into Internet and technology companies
  • 4-6+ years of direct work experience
  • Demonstrated strong communications and organizational skills
  • Strong, demonstrated relationship management with internal client teams and leaders.
  • Comprehensive behavioral based interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Familiarity with and ability to communicate hiring laws to managers
  • Experience with online applicant tracking systems such as Recruiterbox
