What You’ll Do

As an Marketing Coordinator, you are deeply organized, deadline-driven, dependable, creative, and operationally minded.

In this role,  will be responsible for the creation, experimentation, testing, and management of email-based digital marketing campaigns. We will teach you everything you need to know. You will be responsible for daily optimization and management of creatives, testing, and deployment of email messages within individual platforms. Working for our Director of Operations, you will maintain awareness of effective, data-driven marketing techniques, as well as look for opportunities to innovate and develop new techniques of your own. You will create documentation for key tasks and help shape our strategy. Most importantly, you will analyze campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations.

You will proactively think about improving how things are done. You will be an independent contributor and work somewhat autonomously, and you should expect that you will often work under tight deadlines and changing priorities.

Qualification

  • 1+ years’ working experience after college
  • Must be self-discliplined, detail oriented, organized, and fearless in your pursuit of becoming an expert in your craft,Must be relaxed and easy going about learning new technology and curious about how things work, including how we use everyday data to make decisions
  • Well versed in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-pace environment
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, but also can work well in a team
  • Ability to proactively organize daily tasks and make your own to do list
  • Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Enthusiasm for your own success and keen on building that future with us
